CLS / Quality   QA Associate     Location:Zhuhai

Major Responsibilities:
1.Working with global QA team on implementation of QA systems and SOP’s. 
2.Handle customer feedback and complaint system including root cause investigations and provide written responses back to customer on investigation and outcomes. 
3.Supervise Corrective/Preventative Action implementation activities. 
4.Handle customer quality questionnaires. 
5.Supplier Quality Audits (paperwork audits and some site visits).
6.Process and ship customer samples. 
7.Work with Risk Supervisors on support tasks related to the supplier and raw material approvals.
8.Coordinate QC needs with KAC Quality Control. 
9.QC and external Commercial Lab Data analysis and oversight. 

Qualifications & Experience:
1.A college degree and a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience. 
2.The successful candidate will be detail oriented, reliable, self-motivated, have the ability to work independently and will interact well in a team environment
3.Excellent attention to detail required
4.Must be able to handle multiple assignments concurrently
5.Good statistical skill’s and statistical process control experience
6.Must also possess excellent time management skills, good written and oral communication skills Excellent with an English Proficiency Minimum of Intermediate High as defined in the ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines.
7.Must possess advanced PC and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) skills
8.Experience in a food, pet food, or dietary supplement industry preferred
9.History with and/or skills related to Quality Management Systems (ISO, FAMI-QS, HACCP, GMPs); including program development, certification, internal and external auditing programs is desired. 
10.Excellent organizational skills, a good understanding of business processes, knowledge of food GMPs and the fundamentals of auditing.

II KN Project Manager China Palatant Plant  Location:Shanghai
SUMMARY: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from design through to completion. This is a role that requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

MINIMUM EDUCATION:
1.Bachelor's degree in engineering field.
2.6-10 years of experience in Project Management/Plant Management.
3.Chemical and process knowledge is required
4.Must have at least 5 years of experience managing people and processes

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Study and define the place where to build the new plant considering the raw materials availability, selection of plant site, managing with local authorities on establishing the land, production, environmental and related industrial processes and permits necessary to set up and produce.
2.Responsible to define with the corporate engineering the lay out and the equipments required.
3.Responsible for overseeing total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with safety, design, budget, and schedule. Includes interfacing with Kemin stakeholders, A/E representatives, special inspections firms, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, security, public Authorities Having Jurisdiction, etc. 
4.Directs and coordinates activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
5.Serve as a representative at meetings, presentations, and public hearings/reviews relative to assigned projects.
6.Participate in negotiations involving Kemin, contractors and/or subcontractors and other vendors.
7.Assist in the commissioning activities and documenting results. 
8.Work and communicate well with all parties involved.
9.Perform additional duties as assigned.

III KN R&D Scientist  Location:Zhuhai
SUMMARY:
The Scientist is responsible for being the technical lead on multiple cross functional teams, performing literature reviews and incorporating into research strategies. This position identifies internal and external opportunities to obtain new intellectual property and evaluating external intellectual property.

MINIMUM EDUCATION (including licenses, certifications, designations, etc.):
1.PhD with 5-7 years of relevant experience in a scientific or engineering field
2.Master’s Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in a scientific or engineering field.
3.Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of relevant experience in a scientific or engineering field

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Independently lead multiple R&D projects.
2.Manage and mentor direct reports to reach goals.
3.Act as technical lead on multiple cross functional teams.
4.Review and approve SOPs, research protocols, and research methods.
5.Responsible for performing literature reviews and incorporating into research strategies.

10.Independently perform advanced data analysis and review others data.
11.Prepare and present research reports in multiple formats for both internal and external audiences.
12.Generate scientific publications used for internal or external purposes.
13.Review other’s technical reports.
14.Must adhere to laboratory standard operating procedures, documentation and guidelines.
15.Troubleshoot issues with laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
16.Participate in strategic planning and customer meetings.
