I.Senior Business Development Manager

Location:China,Shanghai preferred

SUMMARY: The Business Development Manager works with Chinese business leaders to focus on identifying and vetting opportunities for mergers/acquisitions, partnerships, and licensing for any of our Kemin business units operating business in China. This position is responsible for coordinating our marketing Intelligence activities and presenting the strategic fit of new external opportunities, and for advising different business units and their executive teams on mergers/acquisitions best practices. This position requires close collaboration with all levels of individuals in the company to support projects that are of high strategic importance for Kemin’s growth. This position will manage 2 persons in charge of Marketing intelligence and 2 persons in charge of business development (One person with a Financial experience and one person with more technical understanding). This position will report to Pan-China council at KI.


MINIMUM EDUCATION (including licenses, certifications, designations, etc.):
1.Master’s degree with up to 8+ years of strategic marketing management experience. Or, Bachelor’s Degree, with 10+ years of previous related experience.
2.Direct mergers/acquisitions experience is required.
3.Good project management skills.

II.Senior Market Research Analyst

1.Senior Market Research Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the company’s strategic goals in China by proactively working on a variety of qualitative and quantitative market research, competitive research, performing benchmarking and business, market, and economic analysis. They conduct competitive business intelligence research and perform data analysis on current or new products in the marketplace and make internal and external presentations on their findings.
2.They make recommendations based on their analysis and research, to be used to allow the management teams in China to make critical decisions regarding market share, product offerings and awareness, and financial goals.
3.In this role, the Senior Market Analyst also discovers and evaluates competitive information and strategies, product offerings, pricing patterns and development plans. They organize and maintain key information in a digital research database, and act as a liaison for the Kemin businesses serving China. 
4.This position will be responsible for macro analysis of the Kemin markets within China, and will work in coordination with the business units in China to execute specific analysis needs for the teams to help to maximize Kemin’s marketing and market research efforts which help drive financial and industry growth decisions. This role is expected to work under minimal supervision. Extraordinary decisions are consulted with the manager and/or team for collaboration.

IV. WW IT Project Manager

Location: Zhuhai, Guangdong

Summary:
The principle purpose of this position is to apply professional IT project management skills to lead projects that support the business needs of Kemin. The core responsibility of this position will be to lead multiple projects across all functional areas and ensure execution on time and in line with business needs to support the growth of the business.

What you’ll be doing:

1.Responsible for reporting project activity progress and status
2.Execute key strategic projects, activities and action items.
3.Manage and guide project execution of change managements and initiatives related to continuous improvement.

V.SCI - Field Agronomy Manager (China)  Location:Yunnan
 
SUMMARY
:  Kemin’s specialty crop improvement (SCI) program plays a key strategic role in driving innovation for its business units. The Field Agronomy Manager position will play a pivotal role in managing field scale-up and acreage expansion of Kemin’s germplasm at contract grower locations in China, with oregano production in Yunnan province as a start. The field agronomist will be involved in multiple components of field agronomy services program including managing importation of germplasm; managing greenhouse propagation; field transplanting; field management; irrigation management; harvesting; and provide technical support to strategic growing partners and contract farmers to optimize initial crop stands and maximize biomass and target molecule production. The incumbent will be an active member of the SCI China team and will report to the manager of SCI Support Services, China.

MINIMUM EDUCATION (including licenses, certifications, designations, etc.):
1.Bachelor of Science degree above in agriculture, agronomy, horticulture, plant biology or related discipline.
2.Master of Science preferred, but not essential.
3.>5 years of related field management experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1.Co-develop crop scale-up plans in coordination with SCI management and sponsoring BUs.
2.Recruit and manage growers and strategic growing partners.
3.Provide daily management and coordination of propagation, plug delivery and transplanting during the planting season. Assure propagation targets are achieved.
4.Provide daily support to Kemin’s strategic growing partners and expanding network of contract growers, with field advice and recommendations.
5.Manage field maintenance activities including scouting, weed control, irrigation and fertilization/crop nutrition.
6.Handle grower problems and relay issues to SCI management for resolution if unable to resolve at location.
7.Coordinate routine operational tasks including planting, harvesting etc.
8.Act as the technical liaison between propagation greenhouses and contract growers.
9.Participate in the germplasm advancement process for the nomination, pre-commercial testing and scale-up of new clonal lines or seeded varieties and other germplasm adapted for production.
10Work in the fields during the planting phase and have continual follow up visits to assure the crops are growing accordingly.
11.Develop testing locations for other Kemin specialty crops in the territory.

VI  Digital Portal Manager  

Location:Shanghai

SUMMARY:  The Portal Manager will be responsible for digital transformation technical projects, including Customer Portal, TMS, Distributor Portal, Own E-Commerce Platform, CRM, CDP, etc. This role will be the project manager and product manager of all the new platforms to increase customer experience.

This role works closely with outside agencies/vendors, global IT team, local IT team, digital transformation team, and each BU users functions, including Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Sales, etc.

MINIMUM EDUCATION (including licenses, certifications, designations, etc.):
1.Bachelor’s Degree and above, preferably in Computer Science, Programming, Electronic Engineering and relevant majors
2.PMP or equivalent Project Certifications (Prince II, etc.).

SUMMARY:  The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for branding and communication based on digital channels/platforms, including website management and traffic driving, digital leads generation, social media and owned media management and engagement increasing, content marketing strategy and production, digital campaigns planning and execution, webinars, precise marketing, corporate communication and internal communication. This role will also support E-Commerce traffic driving and campaigns. 

MINIMUM EDUCATION (including licenses, certifications, designations, etc.):
1.Bachelor’s Degree and above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Social Media, Design, Producer, English Literature, Interpretation,Economy, Finance, Statistics
