I. Digital Portal Manager   Location: Shanghai
SUMMARY
:  The Portal Manager will be responsible for digital transformation technical projects, including Customer Portal, TMS, Distributor Portal, Own E-Commerce Platform, CRM, CDP, etc. This role will be the project manager and product manager of all the new platforms to increase customer experience.

This role works closely with outside agencies/vendors, global IT team, local IT team, digital transformation team, and each BU users functions, including Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Sales, etc.

MINIMUM EDUCATION (including licenses, certifications, designations, etc.):
1.Bachelor’s Degree and above, preferably in Computer Science, Programming, Electronic Engineering and relevant majors
2.PMP or equivalent Project Certifications (Prince II, etc.).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
1.Set up criteria to select and compare vendors for Customer Portal, TMS, Distributor Portal, Own E-Commerce Platform, CRM, CDP, etc
2.Project manager for the digital technical projects, tracking and following up the execution to meet deadline, milestones and goals
3.Participate in software development life cycle, including needs survey, system analysis stage, development, testing, UAT stage, deployment, operation and upgrade (if need)
4.Cross-function and cross-BU communication for business needs collection, platforms functionalities UI/UX design, projects execution and review
5.Provide Project Timeline/Updates and Analysis Reports for each projects

OTHER FUNCTIONS: 
1.Working as project manager or team member for other Digital Transformation projects
2.Other job-related duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCES: 
1.5-10+ years working experience in international IT solution agencies and/or corporates as project manger
2.Familiar with system and technologies of SaaS/PaaS/IaaS vendors, APP/mini program development, HTML5, SQL, JAVA, python, PHP, API design etc.
3.Familiar with ERP, TMS, OMS, WMS, E-Commerce Platform, E-ordering Platform, CRM, SCRM, MKT Automation Platform, multi-channel tracking code etc.
4.Proven experience of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques
5.Track record of successful project completion and implementation. Can point to tangible outcomes and validate them
6.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and handle multiple projects efficiently in order to meet deadlines.
7.A reliable, flexible, self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working under pressure as there is a high level of accountability for one’s work.
8.High attention to detail, high accuracy, and some analytical abilities. 
9.The ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with customers, vendors, peers and all levels of management.
10.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and critical-thinking skills.
11.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
12.A high degree of personal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution, and possession of a distinct sense of urgency.

II.POWER PLATFORM LEADER (Natural Antioxidants)
Overview:  The Power Platform Leader is the global driver for a key business platform at Kemin.  The assigned platform represents a significant portion of Kemin business selected to growth at an accelerated rate across multiple business units (BU), and geographies.  The Power Platform Leader will work directly with presidents and leadership members to drive the profitable growth of the platform through strategic marketing, new business development, customer-facing projects and product life-cycle management.  This person is responsible for the overall management and marketing strategy for brand products in their platform.  This involves the creation of global strategies and market plans which allow Kemin to grow the sales and profitability of the assigned product line(s), implementing a product development process, reducing product cost, and ensuring worldwide product standards.  They also work closely with BU marketing and leadership teams in executing the product marketing strategies and achieve financial and customer objectives.

Main RESPONSIBILITIES: 
1.Responsible for leading global platform strategy and driving BUs to hit the overall sales and gross margin targets with a focus on accelerated growth and market share.
2.Responsible for coordinating the global strategic marketing plan for the platform, including setting uniform positioning and pricing strategy, targeting and segmenting.
3.Responsible for life-cycle management of power brands
4.Responsible for developing global go-to-market plans for power brands in coordination with the BU plans.
5.Foster a collaborative and productive relationship with the BU leadership teams.
6.Responsible for supporting BU plans that cascade from the global plans.
7.Lead the global new product development strategy for the platform.
8.Drive cross-functional and cross-BU product development teams leading to the launch of meaningful new products.
9.Coordinate with BUs the global research trials needed to launch, grow and sustain power brands.
10.Coordinate the translation of research data into sales and marketing materials to be used globally.
11.Coordinate global regulatory strategy with BUs to register products for launch.
12.Direct and manage the expense budget of special funding allocated globally for the power platform.
13.Analyze and keep track of market developments. Facilitate market research and maintain knowledge on market trends and competitive actions and develop competitive strategies with the BUs to defend and grow market share.
14.Provide marketing and product expertise and training to the BUs to support the education of the commercial team for successful sales outcomes.
15.Set and manage global branding standards for the assigned power brands to create a consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events and build global brand equity for the power brands.
16.Consult with BUs on advertising and promotion activities for each region.
17.Create and make presentations to customers in global and local forums as needed.
18.Report on platform key performance metrics to top company leadership on a regular basis.
19.Develop and manage global strategic alliances, and develop and support the negotiation of commercial deal terms with alliances.
20.Work with Operations to ensure inventory levels match expected product demand.

Job Requirement: 
1.Masters of Business Administration (MBA) 7+ years of related experience preferred;
2.Bachelor Degree, preferably in Marketing, or one of the life sciences, (specific science background is dependent upon position/product focus), with 10+ years of related experience;
3.Demonstrated track record of developing products and achieving budget goals.
4.Background must include strategic marketing experience. 
5.Recent experience in a marketing or commercial role with relevant product portfolio is crucial, a technical background is a strong asset
6.International experience highly desired.
7.Ability to navigate thought a proforma and put together detailed business plans to support capital and operating expense investment
8.At least two years of previous management experience.
9.Strong cross functional team, leadership and interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively in a diverse team environment
10.Strong financial skills; especially the ability to understand financial statements and to analytically evaluate and understand product costs, margin, pricing and market share
11.Demonstrated integrity and honesty in all aspects
12.A good understanding of the chemical and biological sciences as they apply to the production of company specific products; an understanding of the products Kemin sells and the technology used in the micro-ingredient nutritional portion of the industry.
13.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
14.Accomplished industry knowledge and experience.
15.Must have a solid understanding and adherence to the Servant Leadership philosophy
16.Experience as an effective product manager, project team player, leader and motivator; and the ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with customers, peers and all levels of management
