一、Finance Business Development Manager   Location: China, Shanghai  preferred

Overview

The Finance Business Development Manager works with upper management to focused on identifying and vetting opportunities for mergers/acquisitions, partnerships, and licensing. This position is responsible for presenting the strategic fit of new external opportunities, and for advising different business units and their executive teams on mergers/acquisitions best practices. This position requires close collaboration with all levels of individuals in the company to support projects that are of high strategic importance for Kemin’s growth.

The Finance Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for providing acquisition analysis with a focus on financials and consideration of a proforma through to due diligence. Gather and analyze financials for acquisition targets, Build a proforma to assist with valuation for investment opportunities

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Lead or co-lead projects from inception all the way to due diligence; ensure projects and potential investment are aligned with overall Kemin business strategy
2.Maintain an updated global list of potential targets by engaging local leadership teams
3.Initiate and maintain relationships with target companies and universities.
4.Prepare and present company summaries / reports across all stages of projects to key Kemin stakeholders
5.Develop a M&A pipeline to fit Kemin’s global and regional strategy.
6.Coordinate with Kemin business units.
7.Maintain and improve upon standard processes to conduct acquisitions, due diligence, engage investment companies, etc. and develop templates to facilitate the practical application of those standards

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION (including licenses, certifications, designations, etc.):
1.Masters / CPA with 5+ years of experience, Or, Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 8 + years of experience
2.Direct mergers/acquisitions experience is highly preferable

二、Senior Business Development Manager 

Location: China, Shanghai  preferred
SUMMARY: The Business Development Manager works with Chinese business leaders to focus on identifying and vetting opportunities for mergers/acquisitions, partnerships, and licensing for any of our Kemin business units operating business in China. This position is responsible for coordinating our marketing Intelligence activities and presenting the strategic fit of new external opportunities, and for advising different business units and their executive teams on mergers/acquisitions best practices. This position requires close collaboration with all levels of individuals in the company to support projects that are of high strategic importance for Kemin’s growth. This position will manage 2 persons in charge of Marketing intelligence and 2 persons in charge of business development (One person with a Financial experience and one person with more technical understanding). This position will report to Pan-China council at KI

MINIMUM EDUCATION (including licenses, certifications, designations, etc.):
•Master’s degree with up to 8+ years of strategic marketing management experience. Or, Bachelor’s Degree, with 10+ years of previous related experience
•Direct mergers/acquisitions experience is required
•Good project management skills
•Fluent oral and written English skills
•Experienced team building and servant leadership skill
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and critical-thinking skills.

Overview

The Technical Business Development Manager works with upper management to focused on identifying and vetting opportunities for mergers/acquisitions, partnerships, and licensing. This position is responsible for presenting the strategic fit of new external opportunities, and for advising different business units and their executive teams on mergers/acquisitions best practices. This position requires close collaboration with all levels of individuals in the company to support projects that are of high strategic importance for Kemin’s growth.

The Technical Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for analysis and compilation of both company and technological opportunities, with a focus on analysis of the technical properties of the opportunities. Screen company technology and literature in specific areas of interest, Conduct patent and literature searches and compile information for dissemination

Responsibilities

Qualifications

1.Master degree. Either MS or BS degree needs to be Biochemistry, and the other degree from related area (organic chemistry or life sciences). The undergraduate degree needs to be from a 985 university.
2.Direct mergers/acquisitions experience is highly preferable

Overview:

The Marketing Manager leads and owns strategic marketing, new business development, branding, lifecycle management of designated product portfolios and/or animal species growth opportunities.
This position will develop, implement and manage effective marketing and product plans as well as provide marketing support to customer programs and events for sales growth and profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Lead marketing strategy for the assigned business segment(s) and product category.
2.Own and manage product portfolios as well as champion a specific animal segment, to work with cross-functional teams to promote, attract and create new business leads and projects.
3.Build and drive execution of business strategy and key product plan with well-integrated marketing plans and selling tools to support customer events and activities, in cooperation with digital marketing & communication, sales, technical service and R&D teams.
4.Develop product pricing strategy and programs with pricing and volume discount schedules to balance market share and profitability for optimized results.
5.Champion portfolio development, innovation and new product launch for the assigned product categories.
6.Own market intelligence for competitions and customer insights in designated segment.
7.Act as a go-to-person for global and regional alliances and communications across functions.
Requirements:
1.5~8 years of relevant experience in strategic marketing, product development or technical with a customer-oriented mindset, focus on animal Intestinal Health portfolios.
2.Master or Doctor degree in animal science/ food science/ bio science is preferred.
3.University education or equivalent experience in veterinary medicine would be a plus.
4.Excellent interpersonal and communications skills are required.
5.Passion and drive to make a difference, immediate contribution and a sense of urgency.
6.Good analysis ability and skill with creating marketing concepts and solutions.  
7.Experience in strategic planning or business intelligence analysis would be a plus.

Overview:

3.Enzymes related fields, good knowledge in animal science, veterinary medicine or food science would be a plus
4.Passion and drive to make a difference and exposure to technical application will be a plus
5.Good analysis ability and skill with creating marketing concepts and solutions  
6.Experience in market or business intelligence is a plus
 
六、研发部  产品注册主管  1人   工作地点:珠海
职位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历, 动物科学、生物、化学等相关专业;
2. 五年以上产品注册相关经验;
3. 具备良好的中英文语言沟通及写作能力, 持有CET6证书者优先;
4.具备良好的资料搜集、分析、整理及统计能力;
5.熟悉ISO9000等管理体系的文件控制系统与企业ERP操作系统者优先。
主要职责:
1.负责公司的产品注册,生产许可证申请、增项及续展;
2.负责建明注册产品资料库维护;
3.负责公司产品标签及企业标准的编写、核准及下发;
4.负责管理公司文件控制中心;
5.负责收集国家的相关法律法规的发放及更新;
6.依照SOP的要求,对研发及技术人员所写的技术文献进行整理及签署,并准确上传到公司相关的网站;
7.负责及时准确地将已完成的产品SPEC SHEET及MSDS上传到公司网站。


七、研发部  客户服务实验室经理   1人  工作地点:珠海
职位要求:
1.博士,生物、化学、生化、动物营养相关专业;
2.三年以上实验室检测相关工作经历,熟悉检测方法开发、实验操作、结果验证等流程;
3.具备良好的团队管理能力,可以带领团队高效完成工作;
4.具备良好的科研能力,可以深入理解产品并开发与之对应的科学检测方法;
5.具备良好的沟通协调以及讲演能力;

主要职责:
1.总体负责公司客户服务实验室(Customer service laboratory)的工作,包括理解客户检测需求、开发新检测方法、分析解读检测结果、检测结果大数据整理、实验室人才队伍建设、实验室仪器维护等等;
2.安排日常的样品检测工作, 与销售、技术、市场部门积极沟通确保检测任务有效完成;
3.在了解客户需求基础上, 建立新的检测项目和方法, 提高准确性, 创新CLS服务方式, 不断提高CLS影响力;
4.检测结果对内、对外进行专业分析,保证结果的科学有效,为客户提供合理解释;
5.拜访客户, 了解客户真正的需求, 使CLS真正帮助到客户, 展现建明品牌;
6.汇总检测结果, 经过分析后撰写成论文或者大数据报告, 以作内部共享或对外发表;
7.通过业内技术会议和文献查阅, 了解产品相关的研究动态, 及时内部分享。

八、采购部  采购专员 1名   工作地点:珠海
职位要求:

1.动物营养、发酵、微生物、化学、生物等相关专业,本科或以上学历;
2.3年以上相关采购经验,有化工材料采购经验优先;
3.具有ERP/SAP系统操作经验;
4.具有良好的英语听说读写能力
主要职责:
1.负责化工物料的采购;
2.管理库存,跟踪生产物料需求
3.收集采购物料的市场供应信息, 进行充分市场分析;
4.按ISO/GMP/FAMI-QS/IP体系要求,协助管理和评估供应商,开发新的供应商;
5.与品控部合作,处理原料品质问题;

主要职责:
1.为规模蛋鸡场提供动物营养、饲养管理、疾病治疗等方面的技术服务;
2.协助销售人员举办有效的技术推广会等活动;
3.对重点客户的开发提供技术支持;
4.结合市场需求及产品特性提供适应市场的解决方案,提供蛋鸡场疾病治疗预防方案;
5.对销售团队进行技术培训.

十五、人力资源部 薪酬经理  1名  工作地点:珠海

职位要求:
1.本科以上学历,人力资源、财务、英语等相关专业;
2.八年或以上薪酬核算工作经验,有独立建立和管理薪酬体系工作经验;
3.有大型企业薪酬管理,专业人力资源薪资福利分析或咨询机构工作经验优先;
4.具有战略思维,逻辑思考能力强和良好的数据处理和分析的能力;

主要职责:
1.负责制定公司薪酬福利管理体系和政策,为公司战略和业务需求提供针对性解决方案;

3.依照各地法规,完成公司、分公司每月员工个税申报,社保公积金缴交,补贴申领等;
4.定期分析并提交薪酬福利数据报告,为公司战略提供必要的人力成本分析和策略方案;
6.参与公司员工工资调薪计划、奖金政策制定和福利方案设计等管理项目;
7.参与市场薪酬调研项目,向公司管理层提出优化建议;
8.完成员工合同管理、户籍档案调动、出具必要的薪资证明等工作。
