一、 销售 反刍线 销售主任(西南)1人     工作地:西南

职位要求:

1.本科及以上学历,畜牧兽医、动物营养及相关专业;

2.有四年以上动物营养、饲料或饲料添加剂行业销售经验,有大客户管理经验优先;

3.对动物营养科学和行业有深入了解,能够与客户就技术问题沟通;

4.具备良好的项目管理、客户管理和业务扩展能力;

5.良好的沟通协调和谈判能力;

6.熟悉云南、贵州、四川、重庆等西南反刍市场优先。

主要职责:

1.拟定销售计划,达成销售目标;

2.协调好公司资源,为客户提供合理、到位的技术支持与服务,满足客户要求;

3.维护并拓展指定集团业务,开拓西南地区中小牧场反刍业务;

4.建立西南地区合作经销商,加强经销商管理与培训;

     4.  能够正确的管理和指导经销商开展销售工作,积极、主动、有整体规划。 

     主要职责:

     1.  完成公司制定的销售目标和核心产品销售目标;

     2.  负责江苏市场的经销商管理和客户开发;

     3.  负责所属市场相关产品推广活动的策划及实施;

     4.  收集区域市场内竞争对手信息及其他相关的市场信息;

       Main Responsibilities:                             

1.Leads marketing strategy for the assigned business segment(s) and product category

2.Manages lifecycles of the product line / category

3.Builds key brand plan with supporting tactical activities and customer value program/platform as well as needed training and tools (ppts, videos, sales materials, etc.)

4.Drives the execution of business strategies and brand plan initiatives, including communication and promotion, in collaboration with sales and tech service

5.Develops product pricing strategy and programs with pricing and volume discount schedules to balance market share and profitability for optimized results

6.Champions portfolio development, innovation and new product launch for the assigned product categories and/or species

      Qualifications

  1. Asian – Associates Degree preference for biology, chemistry or food science with 7-10 years of experience working in the dietary supplement, food ingredient, beverage or pharmaceutical industry.

  2. Demonstrated sales experience and success an industrial/technical selling environment requiring lengthy and in-depth product development processes.

  3. The ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with peers and all levels of management.

     Responsibilities

  1. Lead Kemin Human Nutrition and Health expansion and sales growth in the country. Achieve consistent growth in sales and gross margin in accordance with annual sales budgets.

  2. Act as the primary interface between customers and Kemin.

  3. Collaborate with the marketing department in developing and implementing a marketing plan for the food and beverage market in China.

  4. Carry out specific responsibilities in each step of the sales process, which includes:

  5. Identifying prospective customers

  6. Developing, executing, documenting and maintaining sufficient customer sales projects to exceed sales growth expectations for the territory

一、  食品添加剂 大客户管理经理 工作地:西南地区(四川和重庆)1名

3.   有大客户或项目管理工作经验;

   Job requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in Food Science, Chemistry or related fields;

  2. Minimum 1 year of related laboratory working experience;

  3. Sound knowledge in food preparation, food quality, food safety and chemical analysis;

  4. Preferably working experience with HPLC, GC and UV Spectrophotometer;

  5. Experience in wet chemistry techniques (titration, extraction);
