KAC 建明中国饲料添加剂

、销售部 销售经理(江浙沪)1名  

职位要求:

1.本科及以上学历,畜牧,兽医,动物营养等相关专业;

2.五年以从事非营养性添加剂产品销售或者市场工作经验;

3.对江苏、浙江和上海饲料厂比较熟悉,有大客户开发经验者优先考虑;

4.能够正确的管理和指导经销商开展销售工作,积极、主动、有整体规划。 

主要职责:

1.完成公司制定的销售目标和核心产品销售目标;

2.负责江苏、浙江和上海市场的经销商管理和客户开发;

3.负责所属市场相关产品推广活动的策划及实施;

4.收集区域市场内竞争对手信息及其他相关的市场信息;

职位要求:

  1. 硕士及以上学历,动物营养、饲料加工及相关专业;

  2. 熟练禽料饲料配方,并了解猪料配方,能有效将建明产品植入客户饲料配方中,产生建明及客户期待效益。

  3. 懂饲料生产,能为客户的生产提供指导性意见,分析客户的技术生产问题之所在,且能提供合理解决办法;

  4. 透彻了解各饲料原料及饲料添加剂,结合实际生产与国内外先进技术和客户深入交流;

  5. 了解实验室工作,能现场做评估实验及发表文章;

  6. 有丰富讲课经验,电脑及英语良好;

  7. 能与销售进行有效配合,提供对销售员的技术培训,配合大家一起进行客户的有效公关,能高频率出差;

    主要职责:

  1. 为大型饲料厂或一条龙养殖客户提供切合实际的配方服务及动物营养方面的技术咨询;

    职位要求:

  4. 曾有过成功完成销售项目管理的经历;

Job requirements:

1. Master degree in science with specialization in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology with minimum 1 year of research experience.

2. Strong knowledge in basic science and in the area of specialization.

3. Hands on experience in carrying out laboratory research

4. Basic knowledge on Computer-word, PP, Excel

5. Technical writing in English

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills

Main Responsibilities:

1.Maintain accurate and up to date records of all research activities in laboratory note books and other forms as required.

2.Protect all confidential information such as formulations, trade secrets and other commercially sensitive information

                                            KTA China- 纺织助剂中国                                   

一、KTA  Sales Director  1名   工作地:全国,上海优先

Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercially existing customers and deliver new customers

  • Plan and execute targeted commercial actions towards specific accounts

  • Prepare monthly and annual forecast and budgets

  • Evaluate existing local agents/distributors and,  if necessary, search for replacements.

  • Develop an effective distribution strategy for the market which could include research partners (eg. agencies) in cluster areas (i.e. Shandong or other area falling under the competence of the Sales Director)

  • manage and organize the customers’ visit plan of the sales team and technicians with weekly and monthly plans

  • Provide the Global Sales Director (GSD) strategies and  ideas to potentially expand KTA China’s reach in other countries not falling yet under the Sales Director’s competence

  • Evaluate the recruiting of new salespeople and/or technicians to assist customers in the market and abroad.

  • Assess and coordinate with GSD the possible use of Chinese technicians for customers falling under other sales Directors or Area Managers responsibility

  • Supervise liaising with customer service, the payment conditions of the existing customers.

  • Decide the local needs of the market in terms of products and effects (denim and dyeing)

  • Discuss with KTA China GM and GSD the creation of the Chinese show-room and the seasons' collections

  • Agree with KTA China GM and WW Marketing Director the sales team’s and/or the technicians’ participation to tradeshows, exhibitions, seminars, etc                      

Qualification and Experience:

  • At least 10-15 years combined experience in industrial      laundries, garment manufacturing units and/or textile chemical auxiliaries      companies
  • Degree in chemical or textile engineering (candidates      with higher experience than above may be exempted)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Outgoing personality, strong analytical skills
  • Team Management skills
  • Team working disposition
